X-CMO - An aspiring Start-Up Agency (Fractional CMO Service)
My role within X-CMO was to manage client accounts. However, I was also hired in order to head up the re-brand of X-CMO. There was a number of stages to this, designing a compelling website, designing the company playbook, coming up with an email campaign as well as crafting the website USP psychometric test.

The USP - Brand Archetype 1- question psychometric test. This is a web integrated functioning questionnaire which after 10 (wacky) questions about your brand and customers gives you one of X-CMO’s 10 rebranded archetypes based on your % of each answer.
Users would enter their email before embarking on the test, signing up to our email list ( a specific archetype/brand identity based email marketing campaign was written up for these users). They would also be sent a 1 page pdf breaking down their archetype tone of voice, visual identity, examples and ideas for content and channels execution. Building curiosity and boosting our credibility as brand identity experts.

When re-designing the X-CMO website, I created many mood boards and went through a rigorous creative process with the founder to work out the exact feel that was wanted. Once that was established, I worked with a designer to create some flat designs of the different pages before then finding the right web-developer to finish and create the site.
Also throughout my time at X-CMO, I helped design brand playbooks, working with designers on professional client documents that would be their brand bible throughout their future. While also exercising lots of planning and management skills, Gantt chart after Gantt chart.
